Springfield High School

Constructed on the corner of an existing campus, the new Springfield High School is an exercise in flexibility with an eye toward the future. Built to serve nearly 1,500 students and flex with changing times, the 230,000-square-foot facility is designed to support learning academies in STEM, art, business and humanities.

SunGuard® SNX 62/27 and SunGuard® SN 54 low-E glass elevates its versatility, delivering natural light with a neutral color, as well as energy savings through low solar heat gain. The open feel of the glassy three-story entryway is echoed by large interior windows within and views of a courtyard greenspace that undulates along the cafeteria and corridors – for an airy, spacious effect that opens eyes to possibilities.
